On December 3, 2021, TitanSCI officially announced the acquisition of 77.5543% of the equity of Anhui TEDIA High Purity Solvent Co., Ltd., which is controlled by the United States. Anhui TEDIA is equipped with advanced R&D center laboratory, DCS automatic production management system of the whole process, and is equipped with a high-speed automatic filling line with exclusive design.

It mainly produces liquid chromatography grade, pesticide residue grade, anhydrous grade, biological grade, preparative grade, pharmaceutical grade high-purity solvent and some standard products, TEDIA is currently a liquid chromatography grade high-purity solvent manufacturer with a large market share in China.

Micro-source Testing is a third-party R&D and testing service company invested by TitanSCI.It can provide impurity research under various relevant regulatory requirements, and focus on providing a series of complete solutions such as evaluation report, method development, validation and sample testing for impurities that may be generated in the production process of products.

Micro-source Testing complies with ISO 17025 and GMP for laboratory management, and has applied for and passed the China Metrology Accreditation (CMA) and CNAS qualification certification. The instruments and equipment are verified by IQ/OQ/PQ, and the relevant instrument operating procedures and metrology certifications are established. TitanSCI has an annual production capacity of 1500kg of deuterated products, of which the purity of the main product deuterated chloroform is as high as 99.8%, and the deuteration degree is ≥ 99.8%, which is better than commercial products, and greatly improves the utilization of raw materials and heavy water, so that its production cost is only 50% of imported products.
